§ 43-48-06 — Fees
The board shall set by rule the applicable licensure fee for those persons subject to this
chapter, including the initial fee, license fee, late renewal fees, and limited permit fees. These
fees must be set in such reasonable amount as to reimburse the board for the cost of its
services.
