§ 43-42-06 — Reciprocity
An applicant for licensure under this chapter may be granted a license upon satisfactory
proof to the board that the applicant is licensed to practice respiratory care under the laws of
another state which impose substantially the same requirements as this chapter, and upon
payment of the annual license fee.
