Text
1.The practice of social work in this state through electronic social work services or other
means, regardless of the location of the practitioner, constitutes the practice of social
work and is subject to this chapter.
2.The practice of social work by a practitioner in this jurisdiction through electronic social
work services or other means, regardless of the location of the client, constitutes the
practice of social work and is subject to this chapter.
3.A social worker providing electronic social work services shall take all necessary
measures to ensure compliance with relevant practice standards as established by the
board.
