§ 43-37-08 — Compensation of board members
North Dakota·Title 43 Occupations and Professions·Ch. 43-37 Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists
Board members are entitled to receive compensation per day in the amount provided for
members of the legislative management under section 54-35-10 and are entitled to be
reimbursed for mileage and travel expenses necessarily incurred in the conduct of board
business at the same rate as state employees.
