Text
Upon investigation of the application and other evidence submitted, the board shall notify
each applicant that the application and evidence submitted for licensing is satisfactory and
accepted, or unsatisfactory and rejected. If rejected, the notice must state the reasons for
rejection and explain the right to a hearing under chapter 28-32, if a hearing is requested within
thirty days.
