The board may issue a license to each applicant who files a completed application upon a form and in a manner the board prescribes, submits the required fee, and meets the requirements of subsection 1 or 2.
1.An applicant for licensure as a psychologist shall demonstrate all of the following:
a.The applicant will adhere to the code of ethical conduct adopted by the board by
rule.
b.The applicant has received, from a school or college, a doctorate degree in a
program that is accredited as a doctoral program in psychology by an accrediting
body approved by the board by rule.
c.The applicant has passed the examinations, written or oral, or both, as the board
determines necessary.
d.The applicant has completed at least two full years of supervised professional
experience, one year of whic
