Text
The board shall adopt rules establishing requirements for the continuing education of all
licensees, psychology residents, and industrial-organizational psychology residents. The board
may refuse to renew, suspend, revoke, or place on probationary status any license issued under
this chapter if the licensee fails to meet applicable continuing education requirements. Sponsors
of continuing education courses, classes, or activities may be charged a reasonable fee
determined by the board.
