Text
The term of office of each member of the board is three years and until a successor is
appointed and qualified. The governor shall fill all vacancies by appointment. In case of a
vacancy before the expiration of a term, the appointment must be for the remainder of the term
only. An individual appointed to the board qualifies by taking the oath required of civil officers.
