North Dakota Statutes
§ 43-29-05 — Compensation and expenses of members of board
Members of the board may receive for each day the members are engaged in the
performance of the duties of their office the per diem fixed by the board. The members also may
be reimbursed for necessary travel expenses and meals and lodging expenses at the same rate
and in the same manner as are elected officials and employees of the state.
