Text
Unless the subdivided lands or the transaction is exempt under section 43-23.1-05, it is unlawful for any person in this state:
1.To offer or to dispose of any interest in subdivided lands located without this state prior
to the time that the subdivided lands are registered in accordance with this chapter.
2.To dispose of any interest in subdivided lands unless a current public offering
statement is delivered to the purchaser and the purchaser is afforded a reasonable
opportunity to examine the public offering statement prior to the disposition.
