Text

A licensed dental hygienist, registered dental assistant, or qualified dental assistant shall
notify the executive director of the board of dental examiners of any new address within thirty
days of the address change. The notice required under this section must be given by certified
mail, return receipt requested. A licensed dental hygienist, registered dental assistant, or
qualified dental assistant may not practice in this state for more than thirty days after the change
of address without complying with this section.
