Text
The attorney general of the state or the attorney general's assistant shall act as legal
adviser to the board and render such legal assistance as may be necessary in carrying out the
provisions of this chapter. The board may employ other counsel and necessary assistance to
aid in the enforcement or administration of this chapter, and the compensation and expenses
therefor must be paid from funds of the board.
