Text
Application for registration as a professional engineer or land surveyor or for certification as
an engineer intern or land surveyor intern must be on a form prescribed and furnished by the
board containing statements made under oath, showing the applicant's education, a detailed
summary of the applicant's technical experience, and references as required by this chapter and
must be accompanied by registration fees.
