Text
An individual who shows, to the satisfaction of the board, that the individual is otherwise qualified and is over the age of eighteen years is eligible for registration as a professional land surveyor, if the individual has passed a board-approved examination regarding state laws and rules or other surveying issues specific to the state and:
1.Holds a certificate of registration to engage in the practice of land surveying issued by
proper authority of a state, territory, possession of the United States, the District of
Columbia, or any foreign country, based on requirements and qualifications as shown
by the individual's application which, in the opinion of the board, are equal to or higher
than the requirements of this chapter;
