Text
The board shall:
1.Keep a record of the board's proceedings and of all applications for registration. The
record must show the name, age, and last-known address of each applicant; the date
of application, the place of business of such applicant, the applicant's education,
experience, and other qualifications; type of examination required; whether the
applicant was rejected; whether a certificate of registration was granted; the date of
the action of the board; and such other information as may be deemed necessary by
the board. The record of the board is prima facie evidence of the proceeding of the
board and a transcript of board proceedings which is certified by the executive director
under seal is admissible as evidence with the same force and effect as if the original
were produced.
