Text
Each professional engineer board member must be a professional engineer who is a citizen
and resident of this state, has been registered in this state a minimum of eight years, has been
engaged in the lawful practice of engineering for at least twelve years, and has had responsible
charge of important engineering work for at least five years. Each professional land surveyor
board member must be a professional land surveyor who is a citizen and resident of this state,
has been registered as a professional land surveyor in this state a minimum of eight years, and
has been responsible for important land surveying work for at least five years.
