Text
An applicant for a sewer and water contractor's license shall pay an examination fee of one
hundred dollars, and an applicant for a building sewer and water installer's license shall pay an
examination fee of twenty-five dollars before taking the examination for the first time. The
re-examination fee is fifty dollars for a sewer and water contractor's license and ten dollars for a
sewer and water installer's license. No additional fee may be charged for the first year of
licensure. No applicant may be examined for the same license more often than every three
months.
