Text
A person whose certificate of registration and license issued under the provisions of this
chapter has been revoked by the board may not be permitted to apply for a license for a period
of one year from the date of the revocation. After the expiration of such time, the board may
consider an application for reinstatement of such person and upon a showing that the disability
has been removed or that there is no further likelihood that the offense will be repeated, the
board may reinstate the license.
