North Dakota Statutes
§ 43-18-04 — Office and officers of board
The members of the board shall elect from their number a president, a vice president, and a
treasurer, and they shall select a secretary, but the office of secretary and treasurer may be held
by the same person. The secretary or secretary-treasurer need not be a member of the board.
