physician assistant licensure compact.
1.Fees levied under subsection 1 of article XIII of the interstate medical licensure
compact by the interstate medical licensure compact commission to this state must be
paid by the board through the board's funding mechanism, and the board may not
request funds deposited in the general fund for the fee. A physician granted licensure
through the interstate medical licensure compact who fails to complete the addendum
questions within the time specified by rule of the board must be assessed a fee up to
three times the normal licensure fee, in addition to other penalties as authorized by
law.
