Text
1.The governor for good cause shown and upon the recommendation of three-fourths of
the members of the North Dakota board of medicine may remove any member of such
board for misconduct, incapacity, or neglect of duty.
2.If a member of the board is consistently absent from board or committee meetings, the
board may declare a vacancy. Vacancies on the board must be filled by appointment
by the governor.
