Text
The board shall adopt rules that conform with wholesale distributor licensing guidelines
adopted by the federal food and drug administration, including rules necessary to carry out the
purposes of this chapter, that incorporate and set detailed standards for meeting each of the
license prerequisites set forth in this chapter, and that establish reasonable fees to carry out this
chapter.
