Text
Every rule adopted by the board with respect to implementation of this chapter must
conform to the wholesale drug distributor licensing guidelines formally adopted by the United
States food and drug administration. In case of conflict between a rule adopted by the board
and a guideline of the food and drug administration, the guideline controls.
