Text
In any order or decision issued by the board in resolution of a disciplinary proceeding, the
board may direct any certificate holder, permitholder, or licenseholder, or any pharmacy or
pharmacist found not in compliance, guilty, or in violation of one or more of the grounds set forth
in subsection 1 of section 43-15-10, to pay the board a sum not to exceed the reasonable and
actual costs of the investigation and prosecution of the case, with the sanction that the
certificate of registration, permit, or license may be suspended until the costs are paid to the
board.
