Text
The board, after due notice and opportunity to be heard, may revoke any permit to establish
and maintain a pharmacy, or a renewal thereof, if it is disclosed upon an examination or
inspection that the pharmacy is not being operated or conducted according to the rules and
regulations of the board and the laws of this state.
