§ 43-15-39 — Permit and renewal permit posted - Not transferable
The permit to operate and maintain a pharmacy in this state, and the renewal thereof, must
be posted and exposed in a conspicuous place in the pharmacy. Such permit or renewal permit
is not transferable.
