Text
Each applicant for licensure as a pharmacist in this state shall pay to the secretary of the
board before examination a fee to be set by the board not to exceed three hundred dollars. If
the applicant fails to pass a satisfactory examination, the applicant may be re-examined at any
regular meeting of the board, upon the payment of a further fee to be set by the board not to
exceed three hundred dollars.
