Text
Any person qualified to take the examination for licensure as a pharmacist in this state
under the law in effect prior to July 1, 1927, who failed to apply for the examination, upon due
proof to the board that the person was so qualified and that the person is a bona fide resident of
this state, may take the examination. Upon passing the examination in a manner satisfactory to
the majority of the board, such person shall be given a license as a licensed pharmacist.
