Text
The secretary and treasurer of the board each must be bonded for the faithful discharge of
their duties in the penal sum of not less than two thousand dollars. The president, secretary, and
treasurer of the board shall perform such duties as the board may prescribe. Officers of the
board may be allowed, in addition to their compensation as members of the board, such
compensation as four-fifths of the members of the board agree upon.
