requirements.
A license to practice optometry in the state may be issued for one year only. A license may
be renewed by submitting to the board, during December of each year, the license fee for the
following year and satisfactory proof the licensee has met all continuing education conditions set
by the board. The license fee for each year must be determined annually by the board and be a
reasonable sum. This section does not require an applicant to become a member of the North
Dakota optometric association or any other association of optometrists.
