Text
1.Each establishment, independent licensee, and school may be subject to inspection by
the board or its designee, in response to a specific complaint filed with the board for a
violation of a law, rule, or regulation under this chapter.
2.Any inspection generated by a complaint may be authorized by the board or the
board's executive director at any time.
