Text
An appeal may be taken from an action of the board under this chapter in refusing to grant
or in suspending or revoking a license to the district court of the county of residence of the
individual who has been refused a license or whose license has been suspended or revoked.
The appeal must be taken in accordance with the provisions under chapter 28-32.
