Text
1.A student must:
a.Adhere to the laws and rules regarding the practice of cosmetology;
b.Be at least sixteen years old;
c.Complete at least a tenth grade education or equivalent; and
d.Have enrolled in a school of cosmetology and complied with the preliminary
requirements of the school.
2.A student registration form for each student must be submitted to the board office by
each school of enrollment. The registration form must be accompanied by the fee for
each student in an amount determined by the board under section 43-11-28.
