Cancellation of license.
No person, firm, corporation, or limited liability company operating or conducting a school of
cosmetology may advertise to perform any of the practices of cosmetology without disclosing
that the practice offered is to be performed by students under the supervision of a licensed
instructor. If any school violates this section, the board, after notice and hearing and a
determination of the violation, shall cancel the license granted to the school.
