§ 43-11-14 — Licenses - Board to issue - Form - Displayed
The board may issue all licenses provided for under this chapter. Each license issued must be:
1.Signed by the secretary of the board;
2.Attested by the seal of the board; and
3.Displayed in clear view to the public.
