Text
The board may employ support staff and other individuals knowledgeable in cosmetology
for conducting examinations, inspections, and investigations of licensees regulated under this
chapter. Any individual employed by the board is entitled to receive expenses in the amounts
payable under sections 44-08-04 and 54-06-09.
