Text
The board with the approval of the department of health and human services shall adopt
rules of cleaning and disinfecting necessary to prevent the creating and spreading of infectious
and contagious diseases. A cosmetologist, esthetician, advanced esthetician, or manicurist may
practice outside of a licensed establishment under rules adopted by the board. The board shall
inspect establishments and schools to assure compliance with rules of cleaning and
disinfecting.
