Text
A person practicing or representing that the person is practicing funeral service, or
preparing the dead for burial or shipment in violation of this chapter, is guilty of a class B
misdemeanor. In addition to the criminal penalty provided, the civil remedy of injunction is
available to restrain and enjoin violations of any provision of this chapter without proof of actual
damages sustained by any person and without the board being required to file an undertaking.
