Text
A license to practice funeral service is valid until the end of the year issued and may be
renewed by the board upon the payment to the treasurer of the annual renewal fee before
December thirty-first of each year. The amount of the fee may not exceed one hundred dollars.
The board may refuse to renew a license for cause.
