Text
If an incident occurs involving an elevator or other conveyance which results in death or
bodily injury to any person which requires hospitalization or other treatment by a medical
professional, the owner of the conveyance shall submit to the board a report, on a form
prescribed by the board, within forty-eight hours. The report must include the date, time, and
place of accident.
