Text
1.A permit is deemed expired if:
a.The work authorized by the permit is not commenced within six months after the
date on which the permit is issued or within a shorter period as specified on the
permit; or
b.After the work has commenced, the work is suspended or abandoned for sixty
days or a shorter time specified on the permit.
2.The board may allow an extension under subsection 1.
