Text
To the extent that other states which provide for the licensing of electricians provide for
similar action, the state electrical board may grant licenses of the same grade or class to
electricians licensed by other states, upon payment by the applicant of the required fee, after
being furnished with proof that the qualifications of the applicant are equal to the qualifications
of holders of similar licenses in North Dakota.
