Text
The board shall hold a meeting in January of each year in Bismarck and may hold such
other meetings as are necessary to conduct examinations and perform the other duties coming
before it. Special meetings must be held at the time and place determined by the president, and
upon ten days' written notice given by the president to each member of the board.
