Text
1.A license to practice chiropractic in this state is valid for one year and must be
renewed on or before the first day of September of each year.
2.A renewal applicant shall pay a fee for renewal of a license. The fee for renewal of a
license must be determined by the board from time to time, but may not exceed five
hundred dollars.
3.The board shall establish by rule the number of hours necessary for annual continuing
education.
4.The board shall establish by rule the accepted programs for the annual continuing
education requirement.
5.A license that has not been renewed, as a result of nonpayment of annual registration
fees required by this chapter or as a result of the failure by the licensee to attend the
required annual continuing education, may be reinstated by procedure adopte
