Seal - Compensation - Expenses - How paid. The board shall hold regular meetings twice yearly at approximate six-month intervals and such special meetings as the board may deem necessary. The meetings must be held at such places as the board may designate. Four members of the board constitute a quorum. At the first meeting of the board of each calendar year, the members of the board shall elect from their membership a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer. Each shall hold office for one year and until a successor is elected and qualified. The board shall have a seal and may adopt appropriate rules necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
