Text
1.The board may issue a license or permit to an applicant who has received a passing
score on each section of the national board of podiatric medical examiners licensing
examination or such other licensing examination as determined by the board. The
board shall determine the requirements for a passing score. An applicant shall appear
in person before the board or its designated representative to complete an oral
practical examination and show that the applicant satisfies the requirements for
licensure. The board may accept a national clinical examination prepared and graded
by the national board of podiatric medical examiners in lieu of the oral practical
examination. The board may establish the procedures or requirements for the
applicant's personal presentation and the subject matter of
