§ 43-05-10 — Application - Examination fee
To obtain a license to practice podiatric medicine, a person shall submit an application and
any other documentation required by the board to the board in the manner prescribed by the
board. The applicant shall submit evidence that the applicant has the required qualifications and
shall pay to the board a fee of not more than five hundred dollars.
