Text
The board may institute such actions in the courts of competent jurisdiction as may appear
necessary to enforce compliance with any provision of this chapter, or to enforce compliance
with any rule, subpoena, or order of the board made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter,
and, in addition to any other remedy, may apply to any district court of competent jurisdiction for
relief by injunction.
