§ 43-04-33 — Examinations - Barber
The board, not less than four times each year, at such times and places as it may
determine, shall conduct examinations of applicants for certificates of registration to practice as
registered barbers. Each examination must include both a practical demonstration and a written
and oral test, and must embrace the subjects usually taught in schools of barbering approved by
the board.
