Text
A person is qualified to receive a certificate of registration to practice barbering if the person:
1.Is at least eighteen years of age;
2.Is of good moral character and temperate habits; and
3.Has passed a satisfactory examination conducted by the board to determine that
person's fitness to practice barbering.
